Alert Alpha: Tell Alpha What鈥檚 Going On!
Hey Wolf Pack 鈥 you know Alpha鈥檚 always got your back!
Now, there鈥檚 an easy new way to let him know when something doesn鈥檛 feel right on campus or in the classroom. Whether it鈥檚 a concern about how you鈥檙e treated, a policy issue, or something that鈥檚 affecting your learning experience, you can 鈥淎lert Alpha鈥 and tell him what鈥檚 going on.
What Is Alert Alpha?
Alert Alpha is Ivy Tech Lafayette鈥檚 reporting form powered by Maxient 鈥 the same system used for student concerns and 鈥淪ee Something, Say Something鈥 reports.
- Think of it as a way to message Alpha directly when:
- You feel a faculty or staff member is treating you unfairly.
- You believe bias, retaliation, or discrimination may have impacted your experience.
- You鈥檝e witnessed behavior that violates the Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
- You鈥檝e experienced harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate comments.
- Your approved accommodation or support needs aren鈥檛 being honored.
Even if something seems small, it鈥檚 worth sharing. If it鈥檚 not reported, it鈥檚 not documented 鈥 and without documentation, Alpha and the College can鈥檛 fix it.
